Fresh Is Best® Bean & Cheese Quesadilla:
8 Fresh Is Best® Flour Tortillas 1 1/2 c. Fresh Is Best® Smokey Black Bean (Mild or Med-Hot, Med-Hot is recommended) 1 cup Fresh Is Best® Guacamole 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (more if desired) Heat a skillet to medium heat. Warm one flour tortilla on the skillet, heat for 2 minutes, then flip tortilla. Spread evenly 3-4 tablespoons of Fresh Is Best Smokey Black Bean Dip onto tortilla. Then sprinkle entire surface of tortilla with cheese (1/4 cup). Place another flour tortilla on top of cheese and put a lid on the skillet for 1-2 minutes, then flip the quesadilla using a large flat flipper. Replace lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Tortillas will brown lightly when cooked, then place quesadilla on serving tray to cool and repeat process until all quesadillas are cooked. Cut quesadillas into wedges (like a pie) using a sharp knife, pizza cutter, or kitchen scissors. Display quesadillas in a circle with guacamole piled in the centre as a dip. Salsa also is great as a dip. Serve while warm. ENJOY! Serves 4 - 6 people.

Fresh Is Best® Meatloaf:
1½ lbs. lean ground beef 2 celery stalks 2 carrots 1 large onion 1 cup fine bread crumbs 2 eggs 1 16oz. tub of Fresh Is Best® Salsa ¼ of a cup sesame seeds 3 tbsp brown sugar
Set aside one cup Fresh Is Best® Salsa for topping. Chop celery, onions, grate carrots, and mix remaining ingredients together. Form into meatloaf pan. Mix 1 cup saved salsa with 3 tablespoons brown sugar and coat the top of the meatloaf then sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Fresh Is Best® Chili With or Without Meat
1½ lbs. lean ground beef 1 green pepper 1 large onion 4 stalks celery 1 16oz. tub of Fresh Is Best® Salsa 1 cup sunflower seeds 2 19oz. cans of Red Kidney Beans 1 19oz. can of Black Beans 1 19oz. can of White Kidney Beans 1 19oz can of Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas) 1 5.5oz can Tomato Paste
Chop Celery, peppers and onions. Brown lean beef, add chopped veggies, simmer for 10 minutes. Add 1 tub of Fresh Is Best® Salsa (I use EXTRA HOT Salsa for this recipe, you can choose your favourite salsa). Add tomato paste, mix well then add canned beans and sunflower seeds, simmer for about 15 minutes stirring often.
